CDI Global Iberia is specialized in advising its clients in all phases of the process of buying or selling a company. Since 2003, our Team has intervened in more than 100 transactions, has specialized by sector and has integrated in the international network CDI Global.
CDI Global Iberia’s services include:
Emmergia advises both institutional investors (Funds and Venture Capital Companies) and private investors (Individuals and Family Offices):
The advisory to institutional investors is based on the specialization of the Emmergia Team and its continued analysis of specific sectors, which allows our firm to offer unique investment ideas.
In the case of private investors, in addition to the origination of operations, Emmergia’s advisory focuses on executing an efficient process that maximizes the probability of a successful closing.
Since its creation, Emmergia has advised private investors in 15 equity deals, in companies operating in different sectors, and using different transaction structures such as LBOs, MBOs, or minority investments.
Capital markets offer essential advantages when financing mergers and acquisitions processes. Through the identification of operations with good strategic fit and specialized advisory throughout the acquisition process, Emmergia has helped listed companies in accelerating their growth plans.
Emmergia has advised MásMóvil, a listed telecommunications operator, in the process of purchasing Xtra Telecom from the PhoneHouse Group. This operation, designed by Emmergia, allowed MásMóvil to double its size and boost its strategy of subsequent expansion, which has led it to be the fourth telephone operator in Spain.
Emmergia has advised NBI Bearings Europe (listed in the MAB exchange, and specialized in the manufacturing and commercialization of industrial bearings) in the acquisition process of three companies (Egikor, Betiko and Talleres Ermua), which has allowed NBI to double its size and anticipate the growth milestones announced in its IPO.
Knowing the economic and financial value of a company may be necessary for processes as diverse as selling the company itself, merging it with another, buying a stake from a partner or settling a legal dispute.
At Emmergia, we have been valuing companies for over 15 years and have extensive experience in the different valuation methodologies used by investment banks and valuation experts. The preparation of a good valuation will depend on the information provided to perform the valuation (explanation of the business of the company, financial data and projections for the next 3-4 years, share capital situation, conflicts and contingencies).
