GESTION DE SERVICIOS CORPORATIVOS


Se trata de una serie de actividades que se dirigen mayormente a optimizar el gasto en diferentes servicios asociados a las instalaciones corporativas: limpieza, vigilancia, consejería… y otros como prevención de riesgos, cobro, catering, mensajería.

En España se estima que el sector tiene un tamaño de 50.000 millones de euros pero es un sector relativamente joven del que se espera siga creciendo. El sector está dominado por grandes grupos, muchos de ellos a su vez integrados en grandes empresas constructoras y también hay muchas compañías especializadas en algún servicio o con una buena cuota local.

Eduardo González-Gallarza – en

Managing partner of Emmergia since 2003. More than 20 years of experience in various positions within the financial sector: origination of fixed income operations in BANESTO, market analysis in SAFEI (construction sector) and in CREDIT LYONNAIS SECURITIES (small caps) and Private Equity in INVERALIA. He has participated in M&A transactions in the most diverse sectors like: FOOD, CASUAL DINING, INDUSTRIAL and SERVICES.

 

He has been a teacher of Valuation and Acquisition of companies in CEDEU (Madrid).

Brian Sommer – en

Brian Sommer is an Industry Consultant with CDI Global, in Boca Raton, FL

Mr. Sommer has worked in the pulp & paper, security, computer services, cement, chemical, oil & gas, energy, and sports and leisure industries – for CDI clients including: Advanced Public Safety, BASF, Fibermark, Lubrizol, Q 30 Innovations, Rinker Materials and The Chemlogics Group.

 

At CDI Global USA, he has also been an analyst and a Regional Sales Director in NY and Boca Raton Offices. For CDI ANZ, he worked in Australia and New Zealand to develop cross border CDI Global search assignments between North America and South East Asia/ANZ.

 

At Lynn University Mr. Sommer has worked as an Assistant Professor in the College of Business and Management teaching leadership, and finance courses in the graduate and undergraduate programs. For the past 5 years he has been responsible for developing and growing their Entrepreneurship Program including courses in innovation, creativity, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He managed the “Shark Tank” type of challenge for students and faculty, as well as a “Beyond the Classroom” program for students to develop business plans for their family owned businesses, the latter as part of an internship program he had coordinated.

 

Mr. Sommer has been a golf teaching professional at the Stratton Mountain VT Golf University, and assistant Golf coach for both the Men’s and Women’s golf teams at Lynn University.

Dumas Jocelyn – en

Mr. Dumas is a Managing Partner of Keira Capital Partners Inc., an independent advisory firm providing financial and strategic services to private and publicly traded companies. Keira is supervised by “Autorité des Marchés” (AMF) and also duly registered in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, as an Exempt Market Dealer (EMD). Keira’s team is comprised of former industry and professional executives who have a solid understanding of business fundamentals and corporate finance activities.

 

Mr. Dumas has over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, finance, mergers and acquisitions, in the retail, distribution and manufacturing sectors in Canada, United States, and Europe.

 

Mr. Dumas was recently Executive Chairman of Groupe Bikini Village, General Manager of Holt Renfrew and Ogilvy in Quebec, and Chief Operating Officer of Liz Claiborne Canada. Prior, he held various executive management positions, including Vice-President, Business Development at Imasco Limited.

 

Mr. Dumas holds a diploma in public accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. He is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.

 

Domenico Costa – en

Genoa University Business Administration and Economics graduate; fluent English, French and Spanish.

 

Since 1994 he is the president of TIM Management, a company specialized in temporary management project both in Italy and abroad. He has been partner of Private Equity Overseas Partners Italia, where he has completed many acquisitions in food and furniture.

 

He has been the president of Costa International BV, Holding Company of Costa Cruises.

 

He is part of CDI Global Italy – Milan office – since 2011.

 

Lionel Canis – en

Lionel Canis is a member of CDI Global, is based in Paris, France

Lionel led for 20 years numerous consulting assignments in strategy and performance improvement in France and abroad.

 

Lionel is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris and specializes in advising the sellers of SME. He focuses on companies starting from 2 M€ in value, in France and French speaking countries. For each client, he follows a rigorous and pro-active process in order to identify several key or strategic buyers, whose profile and offer are best suited to the company. He is a former member of the management board of ACIFTE, the French association for M & A and is certified in business valuation by the CCEF.

Paolo Dini – en

Pisa University Business Administration and Economics graduate, International Executive MBA from IE Business School (Madrid); fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

 

Paolo is a Business Executive with 20 years of experience across different industries with a special focus on high-value capital equipment industry (Machinery for Paper and Nonwovens manufacturing, Oil & Gas pipelines components).

 

Paolo has a proven track record in international business dealing with both SME’s and Multinational Corporations. He developed business relationships and closed deals in about 40 countries across four continents.

 

He is part of CDI Global Italy – Milan office – since June 2017.

 

Paul G. Muir – en

Paul Muir, Director CDI North American Central Services, is based in Boca Raton, Florida.

He holds a BS degree and an MBA in International Business from Lynn University. He has worked for CDI Global since 2001 beginning initially as an Analyst and is currently the Director of North American Central Services as well as the Global Coordinator for CDI Global.

He has completed and been project manager on multiple company search assignments in the biometrics, chemical, HVAC, instrumentation, packaging, and public safety industries; for clients including Advanced Public Safety, Appleton Paper, BASF, The Chemlogics Group, GE Medical, Lubrizol, Nagelbush Mechanical, Solvay; among others.

Paul was born in South Africa and is a United States citizen.
